First, we've been photographing events on Cape Cod since 1994. We know that you are working within a budget and that this information is just the beginning of the conversation concerning photography coverage for your event.

We are a Shoot & Share studio. We're there to work, which means we're taking photos of everyone and everything. Then we want to share the images with you, your family and friends. The costs associated with coverage includes the hosting of an online gallery for 10 years. The images on this gallery can be  downloaded by anyone that visits it. 

To reserve the date and time, we require a retainer of $500, with the balance due 2 weeks before the event. This schedules your event on our public calendar and prevents us from booking another event for that date.

Our contracts are sent via email, and you'll have a personal portal with Marshall Photography to keep track of your contract, invoice and information. You can update this information at any time.

You're invited to meet with us to view our style of photography, page through the beautiful albums and discuss the details of your event in person. We're located in Falmouth, and a consultation takes less than an hour. Consider using FaceTime or Skype, if this works better with your schedule.

The digital images on a usb drive, delivered within 3 weeks of event date
$50 Credit towards a Framed Wall Portrait as you’ll want to look at a favorite image every day.

You can choose as little as 2 hours of coverage with 60 or less guest and at one location, though I'd like to get more information as to how you feel the day will unfold, to better give a quote for coverage.

2 hours coverage and all the digital files: $1000
3 hours coverage and all the digital files: $1500
4 hours coverage and all the digital files: $1800

Second photographer for events with 2 locations and 125+ guest list: $500/4 hours.

Once you know the date, it’s time to book the photography coverage.
